NRE 1 : SonarView Point Of Interest Identification

Add SonarView feature to allow user to identify a point of interest by clicking on some feature, and collecting a set of existing points within some spherical radius or other geometric measure to be agreed. These point to be then visually distinguished by assigning them a differentiated size and color.
