Return Policy

Cerulean Sonar will accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Return eligibility depends on unused items that are in the same condition you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, please get in touch with us at cerulean.admin@digilabs.io. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. We will refund your purchase if we receive the product in unused and undamaged condition and its original packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@bluerobotics.com.

Shipping

To return your product, please get in touch with us at cerulean.admin@digilabs.io. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid by Blue Robotics will be deducted. If shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
